Dr. Galles is one of the best. He has been my whole family's Doctor for many years now. He is attentive, caring and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Galles has always been up front with his advice and council and will be there for you if you need him. It does not get any better than that.
And yes he will raise his voice if you didn't hear him in an effort to keep you from doing something stupid relative to your health. I for one appreciate the dedication to his patients.
By the way the Warren Clinic where he practices, is very well run, efficient office that doesn't waste my time.

I love Dr Galles and his staff. I've been his patient for over 20 years and am thankful for him. He really listens to me when I'm at my appointments. He never rushes and really takes his time. When I send a message I usually receive a response within a day unless it's on the weekend.

I have been patient of this doctor for years. We have had only one bad encounter over that time. He has great staff from business manager, front desk, nurse assistant to his self. They are carrying and willing to listen to patient. I have had other doctors but find he is top of the line.

Dr Galles's bed side manner is horrible. He raised his voice at my mother twice in her appointment. He rushes through appointments because he doesn't review emails she sent him, so she has to use office time to give him the background info. He should respond to email within 48 hours but it has been 10 days without a response. He told her if you have other questions for me make another appointment I don't have time for this. He only cares about his 15 minute window not resolving her issues. He also was not reviewing what the specialist he referred her to were ordering for her. He tried to order labs when the specialist already did that. I do not recommend. He has had horrible professionalism in 2 out of 5 appointments.
