All of the staff is so nice. Each of them treats their patients and their coworkers as family. Dr. Doug has always been so kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all for your diligent, patient and kind work! I would recommend your office to anyone.

Don't get me wrong, I love my cardiologist and the awesome, caring people at the clinic. Unfortunately, the clinic has lost stars for me. The last year and a half to two years I have had nothing but trouble with the billing side. I go in for my appointment, pay my copay, and go about my way. A few weeks to even months later I have a message stating I owe money...when I have already paid it at the office visit. Then I'm on the phone dealing with a person I can barely understand who puts me on hold for 5 minutes only to come back to try to spin me a story about owing it from 6 months ago! I'm ready to change cardiologists because of Integris billing.

Dr. Kingrey is an excellent doctor. He is straightforward and informative. He is compassionate while maintaining his professionalism. His staff is friendly, helpful and caring. If you have a problem or issue, they are quick to respond and resolve it. I feel confident recommending Dr. Kingrey, his staff and his facility to anyone needing his services. I believe he saved my life.

I always receive the greatest care and concern with my visits. Dr. Nelson and Pam (transplant coordinator) are always very thorough. They go over everything in detail and answer all my questions with great care. I am truly blessed by the doctors, nurses, everyone at Integris! God bless each of you!!

Dr. Sandra Rodriguez is does an outstanding job. She takes time to communicate with her patients which is very comforting. She will explain test results, reasoning for various medications and answers all my questions. I really appreciate the time she spends. I wish more doctors operated this way.
