He has been taking care of me for about 20 years. I have lots of things going on. Dr Higgins is always on top of my care. If you want a Dr to socialize with this is not your choice but if you want a doctor who will take care of your medical, listen to you, not give up until there is an answer. Follow up himself with test results if not normal. Then this is who you want, to me I want a doctor who is going to take care of my medical, I'm not there to socialize.
