The staff were courteous, kind, and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt I was treated by competent and caring people who addressed my problems and I left knowing what I needed to do to get healthy.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Wu's office. I have an urgent concern come about and they got me in so quickly and was very attentive and answered all my questions. Really put my mind at ease. Dr. Wu was patient with me. He took his time with me. My whole experience was a 5 star experience. With that being said....Charles his nurse was really the cherry on top! He made us laugh the whole way through. It was like visiting a friend for sure. Again I give Charles his own 5 stars. P.S. I appreciated the call on Monday morning from Charles to remind me to get my blood work done before my surgery. The little things that matter. Thank you all for taking incredible care of me!

Very professional, competent and compassionate. Charlie was persuasive in getting me an appointment. Sage, the technician, quickly put me at ease in what I had perceived would be a nerve-wracking experience.

Dr. Katrina is a wonderful doctor. The nursing staff were so nice and helpful. I'm feeling good, still in normal rhythm. So thankful.

I was under the impression that I was being sedated, and that my heart was being shocked last week during my appointment. I was not advised beforehand about my medication regiments, or about eating and drinking before anesthesia. I spent the days before my appointment trying to get in touch with someone to find out if there needed to be medicine changes or food adjustments but the phone tree makes it impossible to ask those kinds of questions.
