Dr. Michael E. Schoeffler, MD

Has to see Dr. Schoeffler at OHH for a follow up from another Doctor. He was very pleasant, listened and thoroughly explained everything I had questions about.

Will not return can't believe Oklahoma Heart Hospital retains this man , I don't feel like he listened, was very dismissive and arrogant and don't feel like he had my best interest at heart

I was referred to Dr Shoeffler at OHH North because of a fainting episode I experienced. He took me off all but one of my BP medications and really didn't listen to my general opinion and my BP had gradually been lower for over 10 years. By my two week follow up my ankles had swollen (which they hadn't for over ten years) which he totally ignored. I called OHH and the representative said she would get my message to his nurse. About 6 hours later his nurse called me and wanted to know my blood pressure readings and while I was sorting through papers on my table she KEPT demanding the readings. I told her I had cleaned and organized the papers and they were there but I was looking through them and I put down the phone to use TWO hands and put the phone on speaker and she kept saying I can't hear you! I picked up the phone and told her I can sort the papers OR I can hold the phone, WHICH did she prefer to which she replied I'LL call you tomorrow!! That was OVER a week ago and she has NEVER called. The Doctor pulled me off my BP medications, naturally my BP went up but he hasn't given me ANY attention since and his nurse has reflected the SAME attitude! You couldn't PAY me to go through this again!!

Dr Schoeffler has a terrible bedside manner. Will be finding a new cardiologist. He has zero compassion and does not take any time to talk to you. Very dismissive feeling from him at my appointments.

I had the ultimate Best of care here.and at first i was very scared not having my own drs. Ive had forever.then ended up.making me feel quite comfortable. For a hospital.Thankyou everyone.
