Dr. Cupps took the time to go over all the issues I brought up. Knew what treatments and medications I may need. very reassuring , friendly demeanor, actually visited face to face with me, instead typing as we talked. Extremely professional.

Dr, Cupp was great! Friendly.and encouraging! Listened to me share/explain my symptoms, then he checked me over and prescribed some medicine. He nailed it! I was feeling better within a day and totally healed by the end of the week.

Dr Cupp at Bailey Clinic was just who I needed to see for appointment the same day. I had a really bad sinus infection and many mosquito bites. He put me on antibiotics and steroids Thank goodness he was willing to see me. I was coughing and losing sleep.

My experience with this physician is almost identical to the other one-star review on here. Two visits, I was disregarded, trivialized and largely ignored by this so-called physician. I am very glad that my regular doctor is back. I became visibly angry and walked out of the second appointment. His patronizing and condescending attitude was revolting. I have had a series of bacterial infections and have been on at least six different rounds antibiotics for 2025 and I'm know there's a serious problem going on but I could not get that through to him. I also asked for blood work to be done and he didn't feel it was necessary. Smh. There are much better doctors out there that won't act like this, do yourself a favor and find them.

Dr. Cupp is the absolute best. He always makes me feel comfortable. I always feel confident when leaving the office knowing he has taken the time to educate me on my health.
