He treats all aspects of general and interventional cardiology, and has particular interest in the non-surgical endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD). He is Board Certified in general and interventional cardiology. He joined Cardiovascular Health Clinic in 2019. Dr. Garner serves patients in Central and Western Oklahoma with complete cardiac care.

I've had 3 appointments with Dr. Garner and I'd recommend him to anyone needing a cardiologist! I had 2 cardiologists before Dr. Garner. Both had egos that did not allow for questioning what they said to me. I have questions and want answers! Dr. Garner takes the time to answer them! His staff is great!

Dr Garner is an excellent cardiologis. The best in Oklahoma. He has treated my mother for AFIB for more than 13 years. She was having attacks twice a month before she met him in the hospital. Since going to him she has only had 2 in 13 years. Dr Garner is knowledgeable, caring and explains things until you know exactly what they mean. Dr Garner is a Super Doctor.
