My appointment was at 8:45. I arrived more than 15 minutes early since I was asked please. I saw the doctor at 10:20 for that time. I sat in a packed waiting room with lots and lots of people coughing. At least let me know at checkin that you are running over an hour late and I will run a couple errands and come back or take a walk around the building ... I understand that things happen but treat me with enough respect to my schedule for myself. Patience were coming in and packing waiting room faster then leaving I do have high hopes for Dr but since this was my first visit we will see what the future brings????

Went to appointment last month and when I got there they informed me that Dr Pappy was on vacation. I told them that I had not been told. Made a new appointment for today. 07/14/2025. I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure that everything was in order. Nearly an hour later I went to the desk and asked to talk with whoever makes the appointments. They informed me they she doesn't work there, but I would be called up next week. 5 minutes later I was called up. I told the nurse was had transpired. She basically said twice that I had been contacted, or insinuated that I was lying. After the second time I walked out, without a chance to talk to Dr Pappy!

Kind receptionist. Not a long wait. nice nurses. Dr Pappy was pleasant and kind as usual. Answered all my questions. A nurse even helped me out with a wheelchair because of the blocked South entrance. She took me all the way around the building. Please give her extra praise!
