Dr Koomsman has a great upbeat personality. When you see as many patients as a specialist does it can be difficult for anyone to keep an upbeat attitude. I appreciate his and all the staff in this clinic for their being thorough. Again. So important. I also appreciate their willingness to help me reschedule when my ride backed out at the last min. last month.

There was no experience he read off information on my chart and put me on a heart monitor. The person that put the heart monitor on was nonchalant spitting out instructions and I asked her if I could get them in writing because I wouldn't remember what she said and she said it the instructions was in the box that the monitor came well the only instructions in the box was how to send the monitor back. Also I was confused about the medication and I call back to see if I could get clarification. Now today's appointment went very good the young lady was polite knowledgeable and explained what was happening and how long it would take.
Dr.Koomson is very caring im a 36 year old heart patient of his and to be that young with a heart device is scary but I feel completely confident in the care I receive. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone thank you for all u do.
