Dr. Aamir Hameed

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Dr. Hameed gives 0 cares about his patient's time. It's like a numbers game. Get them in and get them out. He overbooks and is always running at least an hour behind. One of his own medical assistants states Dr. Hameed feels the patients need him more than he needs us so if we aren't willing to wait we can leave. Who says stuff like this? Not a Dr. who cares. I personally witnessed Dr. Hameed tell his PA (who is no longer there) that she should try a certain weight loss method so she could lose a few pounds. I was mortified for her! Dr Hameed may be good at what he does but his bedside manner and actual empathy, care and concern for patients leave a lot to be desired.

Incredibly rude & dismissive. Lacking in bedside manner and empathy towards those with severe disabilities (Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy). Overbooks and is over an hour late for appointments, then encourages you to reschedule if you don't want to (or can't) wait longer. I don't recommend if you have an urgent need or prefer health care providers who give a shit.

This gentleman does not care to see you if you are poor , his clinic turns away anyone who doesn't want to give there insurance info. Specifically talked to the receptionist, she called back after my wife made an appointment for self pay. ( which we plan to pay, with insurance after the bill , because you never want to give it right away or they will over charge your insurance company).and the receptionist call back to cancel since we were self pay. Dr. Aamir only sees people with insurance because he will want to run everything and do all lab test before getting started. So they pretty much have a problem with wanting to overcharge your insurance company and make money off of everyone that comes in there . Except "poor " people , sorry people that don't want to show insurance .

Excellent cardiologist, superior care, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, direct manner of offering information, great staff, highly recommended!
