Dr C has been my cardiologist since 2012. The most knowledgeable and up to date on the cutting edge of cardiologist health. I have trusted him with my and my wife's heart care. Professional, caring, patient care focused. Thank you Dr C and staff for our care.

Dr. Collazo has been my cardiologist since the 90's. He has taken care of both me and my now-deceased husband who contracted COVID in November of 2020 and passed away. Dr. Collazo was there for my physical needs and even helped with some emotional issues I went through on several occasions. Will not change cardiologists until such time that if he retires, I will have to move on. Otherwise, I am very happy where I am.

He is the best Cardiologist he was my mom's at first and unfortunately he has become mine. I wouldn't change him in any way. He is straight forward and gets the job done. I ended up having to have a Pacemaker. He also took amazing care of my mom. I totally recommend him and his staff. My life is in his hands and I don't have to worry about it between him and his team that he works with along with GOD. No others compare to them and if he recommends you to another Dr trust me that team is just as good as he is.

Dr Collazo has been my husband's Cardiologist for more than 10 years. But for him, my husband wouldn't be here today. He is thorough, highly knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients.

Dr Collazo is a bit 'rough around the edges' as a result of being an Army Doc, however; he tells it like it is and what you need to do to maintain your coronary health. He is never in a rush, although sometimes you have to wait a bit longer in his office.. The reason, Dr Collazo spends the amount of time that is needed with his patients.. So rest assured when he meets with you, he will take as much time that is needed to answer your questions. That is a refreshing trait in the Coronary field. This man did save my life so I will be eternally grateful to him.
