Mr.Elkin was very in my words not nice to me in this visit I went to ask what all happened to in surgery Jan2 2025 and why was there damage to my right leg caused by him not noted in my files I was confused. He said because he didn't put no notes in my files about the damage done to my right leg . He actually act like he didn't have to and he didn't need to explain himself to me or anyone else for that matter. As I tried to explain how important this information was for me to be able to advocate for myself, he showed me he didn't care about my concerns and and was really wasting his time. He walked out the visit not ending it properly or professional .His nurse apologized to me and she said she heard me and that moving forward this wouldn't happen again. I'm guessing to another patient because I'll never trust again. This has formed the biggest anxiety of my life. This is my heart my body. You only get 1 temple just 1, and im responsible for for my temple . I can't just let anyone do what they want to my body without any explanation. This not ok and I won't rest . He was argrent / rude/ intolerant/ aggressive I could go on and on about my experience in this visit.

After a review of my condition with Dr. Elkins, there is no doubt in my mind that he and his staff are capable of performing the necessary operation and follow up to get me back into a productive lifestyle.

Dr. Elkins is an expert in his field and has taken the best care of me and my heart. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the absolute best care in the world.

My wife had surgery to replace a valve in her heart. The surgery went ok but they had trouble stoping the bleeding at the incision. The reason for the poor review came on the follow up. He checked the incision and said it looked fine, but did not even listen to her heart or give her a chance to ask any questions. He just walked out.

Dr Elkins was very nice and explained all aspects for upcoming surgery. I just spoke with Kasey for scheduling and she too was very good at explaining the procedure to me.
