Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see Dr. Cogar, because I couldn't make it past his rude office staff. I called first providing my insurance and PCP info. They were supposed to call me back to schedule an appt. and never did. I called 4 days later after my PCP sent them referral information, and I was told that the team was out of office and that they should be back after 4. As I began to ask a quick question, the rep interrupted me and said "alrighty bye". As I was saying, "wow, that's rude", she hung up. Needless to say, this is NOT a clinic that I would trust to care for my heart.
