If you can go anywhere else, I'd say go there. Holy cow! I've never experienced the lack of care from a medical industry before. Had to wait five months just to get a test done. Did the test, had an appointment the next week. Got a call that they had to reschedule because the Dr will be out. Okay! But they rescheduled me for yet another month away. I asked if the Dr could at least call me to put my mind at ease with my results. The nurse said she would let the Dr know. Yet, nothing. So I have to wait yet another month. Got blown off twice......

This doctor is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. She seems too focused on following the textbook rather than taking a few minutes to understand each new patient as an individual. She doesn't consider other doctors' care plans and instead insists on creating her own, which makes treatment inconsistent and frustrating. There's always an excuse for the long wait times, and her attitude toward patients feels rushed and dismissive. She needs to self-reflect on how she communicates and approaches care, rather than pushing her own agenda. Whoever supervises her should seriously reconsider keeping her in this position--she's being paid to waste patients' time and still manages to be one of the most inefficient doctors I've ever met. My husband and I are now looking for a new provider, and though we'd prefer not to travel all the way to OKC, we might have to if that's what it takes to get proper care. To make matters worse, I overheard another patient confronting her, and instead of taking a moment to reflect, she carried that attitude straight into our appointment, speaking to us as if we were the ones who provoked her.

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at MMG Heart & Vascular Center under the care of Dr. Sweeney. During my last appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour in the patient room with no updates. When I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay, I was shocked to learn that they didn't even realize I hadn't been seen--and worse, they didn't know where Dr. Sweeney was. I also informed the receptionist that I was out of my medications and needed refills. However, I was told that I could not get refills without seeing Dr. Sweeney. After waiting for so long, I could not stay any longer and was assured a nurse would call me to resolve the issue. It's now been weeks, and I haven't heard from anyone. Meanwhile, I'm still without the necessary medication, and my next appointment isn't for another six months. This level of carelessness and lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a medical facility. Patients depend on timely and attentive care, especially when dealing with serious health conditions. I expected better and am deeply disappointed.

Very poor patient care. Can't even get a prescription called in on time. They do not return call or answer any questions. Do not let your primary care doctor refer you there. If you like waiting on getting an appointment for 4 months and then waiting in their office for hours. Being a doctor in the medical field I would not want my parents being seen here. Do some homework and read reviews.

There is not much good that I can say about this place. Nice building, I guess. Now the cons for this place and specifically Dr. Abraham. She is probably a decent doctor if you can ever get in to see her. I'd guess that at least 80% of the time I have an appointment, I get a call close to that time that it has to be rescheduled, and usually that is at least a month later. As for when the appointment does happen as scheduled, bet your bottom dollar that she is running EXTREMELY late. If you are lucky, you are probably looking at 45 minutes to an hour. If not, you're looking at 2 hours or more. Don't bother calling in before your appt. to see how she is running. Either the receptionists don't have a clue, or they are lying, I don't know which. Finally, you can almost guarantee that the billing department will screw the bill up. Then when you get a bill that is wrong, you call and it is not at the hospital, it's some offsite company. How can the main hospital in the 6th largest city in Oklahoma be this bad? I guess that I can't review again, I just have to add to this one. The in-patient pharmacy faxed a request to this facility for a script that had run out of refills. You would think that whoever handled that for the doctors at this facility would have looked at what pharmacy the fax was from. You would think wrong! Instead of sending the new script to the in-patient pharmacy, it was sent to a different pharmacy at a retail location. So now, I am having to try to get that error corrected. Comanche County Hospital Heart and Vascular Unit is, without a doubt, the worst medical unit that I have ever dealt with in my almost 70 years!
