I lost my primary physician because he was leaving his practice, so now I have to find a new doc fast as I am stage 4 cancer with many other health issues. After several other physicians were unable to take me for various reasons, Dr. Marty Sanner was suggested by LCHC. I agreed after I read his reviews even though I had read some of his staff were rude and he'd cancel appointments or you'd have to wait lengthy times at appointments. Regardless of these negative reviews, and some were positive, I decided I'd like to try Dr. Sanner. LCHC told me they'd reach out to his office and someone would be in touch about whether or not he'd take me as a patient. Well, I waited 5 days for someone, anyone from his practice to contact me. I texted LCHC and told them I declined my request to see Dr. Sanner because it was taking too long to hear from them and this coincided with some reviews I had read. Anyway, in the mean time, someone from his practice called me and said Dr. Sanner had agreed to take me as a patient and explained they were in the process of moving and thats what took them a while to contact me. Understandable!! And, the gal was very pleasant I will say. We scheduled an appointment for August 6th, today...and a few minutes ago I get a phone call from Dr. Sanner's practice saying he is canceling my appointment because he read my text about declining my request. I must say this is a petty, thin skinned man and not a quality desirable in any doctor I would hire to work for me!!!

I saw this physician for a couple of years. Several times I went to him with some pretty serious issues that he continued to downplay. Now, I'm disabled with something that could have been treated with better future results had he listened. Instead, he blamed anxiety and obesity. Find a primary care provider that listens. It can change your life.

Dr Sanner took care of my parents, my Dad passed away last year, but my Mother continues to go to him. He is very compassionate and cares for his patients. He always takes time to listen to Mom and answers any concerns she has. She's 86 now and Im so grateful she has a Dr she can trust.

My husband and I have seen Dr Sanner for years and are very happy with him. He listens and is always willing to refer us to a specialist if needed.

Most of the staff are not friendly. They hardly ever smile and I saw one literally roll her eyes at me. I said to her "I'm sorry if I ticked you off" and her reply was "Oh, you didn't make me mad you will know it if I am." Also, their policy is like most "Wait 24 to 48 hours for a refill." I have waited up to three days to a week!
