Had an appointment this morning and was checked in and intake done by 8:10. As of this writing at 8:45 am, still in room waiting for Dr. Ivan. Poor communication and time management since we were told to be here at 7:45. When the wait begins to take up my time, that is when comments such as this happen. There is absolutely no reason for the wait and if there was a delay, communication is an ideal tool to utilize. Perhaps it should be part of the training when doing the intake and vitals that communication is a must instead of hearing people joking in the hallway for 45 minutes
