My experience with the Outpatient Physical Therapy Department was outstanding! All of my therapists were great. They were engaging, supportive, knowledgeable and professional. Every session was enjoyable. My sessions were fun and productive. I achieved positive results while feeling relaxed. Laughter was an important part of my experience. From my therapists, Erica, Rhea, Kelly, Kayla and Dexter, to the support staff, Mae and Debra, to the Reception team, Georgette and Patricia, I was made to feel welcome. If I forgot anyone or misspelled or got your name wrong, I apologize! Overall the best experience in physical therapy!

My phlebotomist, Donna, was highly skilled & educated. I greatly appreciated her compassion, care & concern when unfortunately my body responded in a fainting episode after lab work. This is something I have had in the past. Donna was an excellent caregiver, she got me back to normal & made sure I could make it home safe while recommending a driver in the future. Awesome job! I hope I get her next time too.

I had an urology appointment yesterday with a doctor and I was told I would need another CT scan and a lab work up before he could treat me further. Yesterday I got the labs done and this morning I was called by your hospital and I made an appointment to get my CT done on Dec 29. So I called urology back a wanted to make my follow up appointment with my doctor (who promptly informed me yesterday that he was on vacation for two weeks during the holidays) and I was informed I couldn't make a follow up appointment because I hadn't completed the CT appointment yet. Something could happen machine could break, blizzard. Granted something COULD happen that would prevent me from completing the CT on the 29th. But I am in pain and discomfort from the urology issue I've had for months and this will just delay my treatment even more, I would need to be half dead to miss this appointment. I need help not excuses. I really expected better treatment from your hospital.

Staff was very informative, kind and caring. Fast service, and eager to help in the future. Would highly recommend. Coming from New York City, CCMH has better Healthcare in every aspect of word. The aftercare is just as great. CCMH is one of the best hospital organization I have delt with in my lifetime. CCMH will take great care of you.

I cannot say enough good things about the care I received in the ED and throughout my stay. From the moment the 911 military EMT squad arrived at our home and rushed me to the hospital, everyone was calm, professional, and deeply compassionate. When I returned by ambulance in shock and hemorrhaging, Dr. Finn and Dr. Bailey -- along with a large, incredible team of nurses and staff -- brought me through an absolutely terrifying time with calm, confidence, and kindness. They (Dr. MaGalassi & Dr. Desherow on my ER trip on 9/18) explained what would happen if my symptoms returned, and when they did, the team sprang into action immediately.
They activated a massive transfusion protocol and I received blood, plasma, and platelets. I went to surgery with Dr. Behrmann, who -- along with everyone involved -- saved my life that Sunday. Even with a room full of people and lots going on, everyone was gentle, respectful of my privacy, and focused on comforting me. There was one nurse whose name I didn't catch who held my hand the entire time I cried; she never let go, and I will never forget that quiet, steady presence.
From EMS to pre-op, surgery, post-op, overnight care, and discharge, every single person cared for me with heart and expertise. I felt informed, safe, and genuinely cared for -- they treated me like a person, not a case. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Finn, Dr. Bailey, Dr. Behrmann, the EMTs, and the many nurses and staff who were there for me. Thank you for saving my life and for showing such kindness during one of the scariest moments of my life.
