INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital

I would leave a negative star if it was possible. Absolutely horrible care. My sister had surgery and it went great and easy, surgeon was amazing but the rest was awful, from the nasty nursing staff after surgery who had no care to check on my sister afterwards or the rude nasty attitudes given for any questions asked, to the ER trip she had to make the evening after surgery and her stay once admitted. Absolutely terrifying horrible experience. Nursing staff were more concerned with gossiping and talking crap on patients rather than tending to them(we personally heard them). Refused to assist when needed or paged. Then complained multiple times that she wasn't the only patient. Refused to locate her personal belongings that came with her to ER via ambulance, still never got any of it back, called her family thieves saying we took her stuff when none of us had been there til later on, refused to get her a chair to leave in made her walk barefoot out of the hospital to the car. Nothing but nasty rude attitudes the entire time.

It was my granddaughter that was the actual patient. The service we received starting with the receptionist that signed us in...to..the lab techs..and those that performed /completed a CAT SCAN on her were amazing. The traveling RN Nurse... Michele's I believe was his name was hands down the most kind, considerate, and informative nurse I've ever come across in any hospital. His bed side manors were exceptional. My granddaughter was extremely nervous but in no time he had her calm and trusting him. After discovering that she too wanted to become a traveling RN he gave her great advice . He is just a wonderful nurse and definitely has earned my respect. Even the doctor (sorry I can not remember his name) was extremely kind and wonderful... I'm 63 years old and this is by far the absolute best ER visit that I have ever experienced...Much Respect is given to all the staff that assisted us that night Thank you so much.

Nurses Kerri and I believe Melody were very careful, professional and made me feel very safe and in excellent, caring hands. Dr's Smith and Medle (?) were informative, friendly and comforting. My very friendly procedure nurse was especially sweet and comforting however I failed to get her name.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to all of the staff and friends who have been there for me and took care of me during my time in the hospital. Grace, I want to hug you and give thanks for your kindness and put the washcloth on my forehead, which settled me down and I finally fell asleep . Please pray that God takes this cancer from my body and allows me to move forward with my loving husband, Paul, whose my best friend here on earth. Last, the food was inedible!!!!! Hire a better chef who knows how to really cook

The People and Facility are second to none. Integris has unquestionably saved my life. Their app is great but radiology reports expressly MRI and CT scans take way too long to be posted. And it's not necessarily because the Dr. hasn't released it because I've called the office and they didn't have it either. Please fix this and don't leave us hanging out wondering what is going to happen please!
