After a traumatic dog attack and a bite to the face I rushed to this ER with a severely lacerated ear. The nurses made me feel calmer & the doctor did such a perfect job at an impossible situation I can't thank him enough! He is my angel. He handled my crying & the situation in a professional and kind manner. His demeanor calmed me down and what was my worst nightmare turned into a very pleasant interaction. The PA who repaired my ear was Brent Davis. After numbing my face with lidocaine injection I couldn't feel the stitches at all while he was working. Pain medication was administered appropriately at time of visit and outpatient medications were ordered such as antibiotic, pain medication, etc. My ear lobe was hanging on by a thread & he was able to suture it to where, in the present day, the injury is barely noticeable! Not sure I'm allowed to post such gore photos otherwise I would. The whole process was actually pretty speedy considering the injury was so traumatic. On my way out the nurses were even giving me tips on how to get the blood out of my clothes since I was drenched in blood (ears are highly vascularized and bleed a lot really quickly). I hope provider Brent Davis gets to see this, thank you so much!!! thanks to ALL the staff you guys are doing Gods work. Bless you all

Went here for a laceration on my hand after urgent cares closed. My experience was great while I was in office, I even consented to a student performing the sutures. Before I left I inquired about an antibiotic, the NP told me to call if I needed one, but he wasn't concerned due to it being clean. Today I noticed puss on my wound (5 days post stitches), I call and get told I now have to come in because the PA on staff didn't feel comfortable prescribing me an antibiotic because the NP did not take pictures or write a note in my chart. Update: 09/16/25- I went through Teladoc to get an antibiotic, the physician wrote me one with no problems and expressed concerns regarding the standard of care not being met for a hand laceration.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Absolutely NO help here! Came in vomiting & dehydrated, where they gave me 1/2 liter of fluids before they yanked the lines & sent me home. They didn't stop the vomiting, they didn't rehydrate me, THEY DON'T CARE AT ALLLLL!

I fell and thought I broke my wrist. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. I got called back immediately. All of the nursing staff was wonderful. The radiology technician that came in and took X-rays of my wrist and hand was gentle and kind. The doctor was friendly and caring. If I ever have an emergency I will definitely go here again. It was the fastest trip to the ER I've ever had. They were thorough and got me in and out quickly in about an hour.

Went in for stitches to hand. Asked if there was a need for antibiotics. They said to call if pus was noticed and they would call in rx for antibiotics. Pus noted. Called for antibiotic. They refused to provide and said would have to come in and pay for second visit for antibiotic.
