Dr Pensock is an excellent physician. However, his staff does not care for the patient and because of his staff, I am switching cardiologists. I have had a serious heart condition for over 11 years. I had to miss an appointment. I was given the option of either coming in 2 days later which I couldn't do or returning more than 7 months later. I was advised there were no openings and they just couldn't help me. I called back to speak to another person in his office and she was even more rude than the first person. I stated I hope nothing happens to me within the next 7 months and she wished me a good day and hung up the phone.

Dr Donohue has been taking care of me for 20 years and has always have excellent bedside mannners. His staff has always treated me as first priority, because of the extensive medical problems that I have. They also treat my mom as well so all in all we love Donohue Cardiology Associates

I went to Dr Allen because I failed a heart test. Dr Allen was honest enough to tell me that I did not fail the test but that the person who performed the test missed connecting 1 of the attachments to my chest. He showed me the test and explained it I was so relieved.

I had Dr Allen in Shady Side ER. when I went there for chest pains. He had outstanding Bed side manner and was out standing with my results treating me. Every day he would come in and make me smile. I always look forward to him coming in.
