Seenen Carly on 12-5-2025 for my meds. Pharmacy has sent over pre authorization form. I called pharmacy on monday 12/8 still waiting on pre authorization from doctor's office. Called the nurse line on 12/9 @ 12:10p let the voicemail never got a call back. Called again this morning @08:45 spoke to carly's nurse.She said that she is going to do the pre-authorization form. 5day without medicine due to lack of patient care. I've already switched my p c p due to the lack of communication and getting referrals, completely incorrect numerous times 3 for myself and 2 for my child. Now this too. Also found out that they can no longer access your previous records because they no longer have the original portal or access to it.So now I have to go and see another doctor even though I have already seen this doctor because they can't get the freaking records. Let me be honest They don't want to pay the athena's price to be able to access those records, so they'd rather let your insurance pay the price.If you haven't see a different doctor. Please don't even get me started about how they wanted me to seat their rheumatologist there, and how that incident was shady as all could be.

The staff, Dr Chorley and NP Myranda are all amazing. I drove 4 hours away from Texas because of the reviews and it was well worth it! Im so glad I did!! Thank you to AXIS for your professionalism and exceptional care.

This place is amazing and awesome. Great place to buy GLP one shots, friendly but also very affordable in my books cause I have to pay out of my pocket. Thank you guys for all you do. Thanks for always working with me. I appreciate you have a merry Christmas and a new year.

I will give this place a 5 stars pretty much 98% because Dr. Amber Marquette is AMAZING and 2% cause the clean facilities, plus the polite and caring staff! I finally found a DR. That cares listens and understanding when struggles arise and doesn't judge at all! Best Mental Health Doctor Ever!

My son and I had the best psychiatry visit with Amber today in their Bixby office. She was so sweet and professional and listened to my son's story as he has schizophrenia and needed a change of meds. She was very understanding to my son's story with schizophrenia. Even from the first phone call with the scheduler everybody is just so nice at this clinic and their clinic is so immaculately clean and absolutely beautiful. We felt so comfortable there. My son will be a lifelong patient therapy because of the excellent experience we had and I will refer this Clinic to anybody who needs psychiatry services.
