So Friday night my son broke his tibia and Fibula playing football and he's a wrestler, senior year. The closet hospital was Mercy Hospital in Ardmore Ok. After an ambulance ride there the Mercy staff took over and was absolutely amazing. Even after his surgery and change over. Every medical professional was just that very professional and caring. They made Erik feel at home and this life changing process much easier. So I thank the medical staff at Mercy from ER to outpatient. Thank you

9-11-2025 I struggled with posting these pictures for a couple days but think it is totally insane for a hospital to be this filthy and allow this condition to exist. Saturday Aug, 30th, I was admitted into Mercy Hospital of Ardmore Oklahoma hospital. I was initially admitted into room 530. Stayed pretty sedated for a couple days but from what I remember, room 530 was nice and mostly what you would expect from a hospital. I believe it to be the next day; I was moved me to room 524. I had been unable to get out of bed mostly during my stay so I was somewhat unaware of my surroundings. Starting on Monday, was told Mercy Hospital is not a long-term hospital so I needed to make other accommodations for my care. It was said so many timed it seemed like a threat. The admin staff was very beneficial and assisted with that. On Wednesday Sept 3rd while preparing to be discharged, this is what I saw. Also want to throw in that the Dr that came in to check on me the last day was just rude and seemly uncaring. The Dr's never mentioned any results of any of the numerous tests. Seven days later, I was dismissed from the Madill Hospital and VERY happy with the care and the facility there. I definitely recommend it with 5-stars. The entire staff are some of the very best, even caring about my wife's needs and comfort. I put dates on here in case someone from Mercy wants to verify. I tried to notify Mercy with this information but couldn't figure out how to on their WEB site. I also reached out to the State Health Department but told they were only interested in the kitchen.

I am giving Mercy 5 stars. My husband came into the ER and the Dr knew what was wrong immediately. He was in diabetic ketoacidosis and very sick. They ran every test though as well. The ER, ICU and med surg nurses were all AMAZING and gave him nothing but the best care. Being a nurse myself I was impressed with the exceptional care that he received. They saved his life and we are forever grateful. My only complaint was the food which I thought was lacking and not very good.

I give Mercy of Ardmore 5 stars. When my husband was admitted into the ICU for Hyper tensive crisis and fluid overload the nurses in ICU were the best .......Gracie, Lacie, Brendon and the 5th floor nurses Rachel, Erin, just to name a few. They were very attentive to my husband's every need while he stayed in ICU for 4 days and the 5th floor for 2 days. They made his stay more comfortable and less traumatic. They have become family to us!!!! Way to go Mercy hospital Ardmore

This review is regarding my mammogram with Mercy in Ardmore. I have 2 sisters who are breast cancer survivors. Mercy has completed my mammograms over the past few years. The breast cancer history is in my file. I ended up going to Norman Breast Imaging for a f/u since I lost confidence with Mercy. Come to find out, I am a high risk patient for breast cancer because of my family history. Mercy NEVER shared this with me. As a high risk patient, an MRI should be done annually. Again, Mercy never shared this with me. So my advice is go to a true breast imaging center that has knowledgeable staff to provide the proper care according to Breast Cancer Screening Protocols.
