Didn't even get back to see Dr Rhodes, which i've heard great things about. Receptionist was rude and condescending. It was my first appointment. She spoke to me like i was a burden or a small child instead of a patient lol. I will not be going back solely because of my personal experience with the front desk.
Don't judge the doctors by the front desk. Dr Apala is an exceptional expert in his field. I HIGHLY recommend him. Remember the receptionist is not the one doing the work. With that said a smile can go a long ways and help calm the situation.
Rude receptionist. Packed front waiting room with no room to sit. Will never go back and do not request to send anyone there I know.
