I went in on 07/13 for very important tests. Signed HIPPA documentation, got my labs done, and was told I should get the results back by the next day. Next day and no results. this was a test sent from a Columbus location. I called to get the test and I was told they cannot give me my results? Apparently there is a release of information that is to be signed and you have to ask for it. If you don't ask for it, you have to go in. this is completely unacceptable. It should be the physicians responsibility to have this information given to the patient, especially in difficult situations when they are just doing what they are told and getting the labs done. Never in all the doctors appointments have I been responsible to ask for a release of information in order to get MY test results back from important testing. Not only that, but when I stressed the importance the woman on the phone (Candy?) was completely rude and not sympathetic. I will definitely be taking the extra time to travel west for my doctors appointments to avoid this situation again especially in high stress times that requires me to get the testing I am receiving.

My husband for the first time had a seizure. They kept him over night for observation. They sent home the next day at 5, we find out his back was broken in three spots (after the first seizure due to him falling). We returned an hour later because he had another seizure. When find out on the 3 or 4th of being in there that his back was broke. Here we are a month later and still know nothing! The neurologist didn't come up to the floor he was on for the eight days we we're in there. Had an appointment with him this morning, he sends us home because he didn't get to go over his records. Never will I go back to this place again and I warn everyone now.

Fiance went in for possible hernia and pain. Staff only treated her for a wound check on incision from past hernia repair surgery. Ended up being prescribed Voltaren (cannot be taken with heart meds she is already on). Please, if you have an emergency, drive to Columbus. Drive away from Zanesville. Staff is lazy and careless. Total visit time: 2hrs in waiting room, 15min in basic care.
