Was responsible for my father's surgery and death a week later. Never apologized or sent flowers. I only heard about all the negative things people have to say about him after. Wish I heard prior....my father might still be alive. I have nothing good to say about him, but I hope he knows I'll be cheering on his bad days.

Never took the time to investigate the possibility of losing my mother to vasoplegia directly after open heart surgery even though she immediately presented with a very low blood pressure. A surgeon in the top of his field should know the risk factors for these adverse reactions....especially when a patient presents with at least 3 of the top risk factors. He performed a surgery that was thousands upon thousands of dollars - doing not 1 procedure but 4 only to lose the patient less than 24 hours later. It has been over 2 years and my heart is still broken
