I guess they deserve 3 stars for what good they do, but then subtract 3 stars from that for the receptionist nasty attitude towards everyone. Since Dr.Al-Assad left it's went down the tubes. You would probably gain more patients and actually have patients want to come to their appointments if you didn't treat them like dirt. Your receptionist's attitude with patients is going to end up costing you money.
