UH North Ohio Heart & Ohio Medical Group

This is by far the worst medical practice regarding the staff and the call back to answer questions related to clinical questions. I have been a patient here for over ten years but the last two years have been a nightmare. My doctor is good but the staff including the nursing staff responsible for getting in touch with you regarding your questions or requests for further testing is beyond horrible. I am so done with this practice, sadly. I am speaking from a position of knowledge as I have previously been an office manager and physician assistant to a primary care physician for over eight years. No one in our practice would have treated our patients like this. Totally un acceptably and rude. If you care about how you are treated don't go here.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Doctor Khan has no respect for his patients and care-givers schedule. He's left us waiting in an exam room for an hour before and he's ignored the scheduled time of video conference calls making him hard to count on. The staff doesn't call back when they say they will either.

Dr. Stacy Schmotzer is terrific. Thorough, kind, smart, listens carefully, is never hurried... The staff is also excellent.

They were great :)

Dr. Abiose and some of the technicians are great. The scheduling crew is shockingly rude and unhelpful.
