UH Family Medicine Specialists

My family sees two doctors here. My adult son and I see Doctor Holtzmeier and my wife and adult daughters see Dr Natalie Thomas. We could not be happier and better cared for at this practice. They are kind people who listen to their patients and work hard to deliver excellent care.

I have been going to Dr. John Thomas for 20 years, and he has been great about listening and not being dismissed about my concerns. He is very sympathetic to me, he is great with my kids, and his office is awesome about reminders, answering questions, and rescheduling. Cannot recommend them enough.

Dr John Thomas is the kind of doctor you shouldn't go see if you want to actually get proper patient care that you need and not just why written off like he knows best. He has no basic human decency or respect for anyone he is a total quack who needs to go back to medical school and learn some bedside manner as well. HE is very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend going to see him to anyone ever!

I've been a patient here for 4 years now and there has not been a single visit where I've waited less than 45 minutes before seeing the actual Dr. I do realize that people run late from time to time but it is consistent with every visit. This office clearly does not respect people's time. I will be finding another provider.

Great place, with kind people who try their best to help u overcome whatever barrier that u have, whether it's a diagnosis or injury. Idk what Kevin on abt with that 1 star rating.
