This review is for the professionals who need a reminder and for the parents/guardians who have ever felt uncomfortable in a patient room. Today I brought my 1.5 year old daughter in for a checkup. She was extremely sick with a stomach bug and was not having it. You can tell the lady who was trying to take her vitals was getting agitated with her. She was huffing & puffing, rolling her eyes, and was being a little more aggressive than my liking. The way she was handling my daughter made me uncomfortable to the point that I told her I was going to walk out if she continued. She got extremely defensive and said "I will get someone else if you like." I said: "That would be great." No one came in after asking what happened? Is everything okay? Etc. My point here is parents- stand your ground. If your intuition is telling you something is not right, something's not right. Don't be afraid to speak out for your children. They deserve it. And for the professionals- shame on you. You came into this field to make a difference not receive a paycheck. My piece of advice... if something's broken you have to try to do everything to fix it. If it's not fixable... do all of us moms and dads a favor... and move on.

recommend this location for your routine and urgent care health care needs. The doctors and nurses are very good. I've been going to this location for years for my care and for our 3 kids' health care visits. We've always had positive experiences (...excluding the times our middle one freaks out for her shots.) I like the complimentary valet service, that makes parking a breeze.

After waiting four months for an allergy screening Dr Imam cancel my appointment with less than 12 hours notice. They refused to reschedule my appointment at they same time. So I called the next morning to reschedule.... And I have to wait another 2 months. I hope your negligence doesn't cause a life threatening allergic reaction in my son in the mean time. And I hope you have a great time at your emergency golf outing or whatever it was that takes precedence over my child's health and safety

Great Dr in a very clean and professional office. It is located at Crocker Park right above Leo's Italian Restaurant. There is a side door around the corner located right near the free public parking garage, which is convenient. You can also use free Valet parking for Metro health customers, which I did not know before I went in. The Dr was very thorough and nice and spent enough time with me.

We rectify changed providers due to an insurance change and this was the closest location to our home for a pediatrician for my daughter. The receptionist and the physician, Dr. Saadeh were both very kind and knowledgeable. The MAs were rude and awful. They should consider a career change that doesn't include working with pediatrics. They were unable to complete my daughters vision screening or blood draw and were visibly frustrated that she wouldn't sit still during both (she's 2 years old, please show me a 2 year old that will hold still for anything unfamiliar or uncomfortable). They also demonstrate a completely inappropriate blood draw technique after which I asked them to stop and said I would take her to a metro facility with an actual lab so it could be completed properly. In the future, we will drive further to receive better care, which is unfortunate because I genuinely liked the doctor. Also, they had my daughter's birthdate listed incorrectly and the MAs were argumentative with me when I corrected them. They also insisted she had received care at Metro before, I tried to explain that she was previously seen at Rainbows. I felt they didn't listen to me which doesn't make sense I feel that as her parent I would know her birthdate and medical history.
