Their phone system is horrible. They are never able to get through on my phone. A few of the doctors assistants are very unprofessional. I would prefer to go to Avon Cleveland Clinic but my doctor is at Westlake.

Their scheduling system is broken. It has been for years. You'd be better off with a string and tin can or carrier pigeon.

On july 11.2024 i went to get surgery on this center. I was treated like a begar..! 68k insurance pay for my surgery, from the time i arrived to the time i left . The worst experience ever . I was not even greeted by staff, the RN that was in my charge dropped off the pill "pretty sure she pick them up and give the same dirty ones"). Was uffff actitud.. i ask what was wrong with her !!. I even tol her if she doesn't feel comfortable taking care of me as a pacient that she can leave and get someone else.. .. she went and tell the Doctor to do my surgery that i was been rude!!..but that not the good part ..! Lisen this place is ambulatory " once you no even wake good from the general anesthesia they trow my close on my lap and told me get dress you got to go..!! And i was still drowsy trollin in the hall. Falling that was so bad..! Patient no have any respect in this place is the first and last time i will get anyone else in Cleveland Clinic touch me..!!!the wonder the reviews are so low and correct..!!! Starting with the Doctors i spoke ..! And she was more concerned in trying to explain that everything was because the insurance company took so long in approval..? What have to to an approval process to the pacient treat?..... this is just outrageous..!!!

The staff here are incredibly rude on the second floor endoscopy suite. They can say what they need to say without the miserable attitudes, especially to people who are already being polite to them. This is why we are considering switching hospitals because this is getting really ridiculous. And they seem to think people have all day long to sit around and wait. .and wait...and wait.
