Dr Cardwell is one of the most polite, thoughtful, courteous and experienced Drs you will ever find. I have been going to him for years. I had to comment because of the review by Mom&Mae. She couldn't be more off base. I am SURE she was the one was rude (probably late) and wasn't paying attention or listening to directions. Anyone else reading these reviews should disregard her comments.

He has an awful bedside manner. He is arrogant and was rude. I see all of these good reviews and it made me question my experience. This year as my annual approached I became more and more nervous about seeing him because he was just awful. So I decided to do some digging and I found buried old reviews that expressed the same sentiments I was feeling about this guy. All I can figure is Ohio Health has a PR team working to keep their Drs in good standings. He is awful rude and talks down to you.
