I called to get information for a couple of the providers in cardiology there. The representative an older lady told me I needed to call somewhere else and then just hung up in my face before I could ask for the number to call. Very Rude proceed with caution with this company!

Mho.. the best in the state. He listens, explains in detail procedures . Molly, his assistant nurse, prompt in responses to phone msg and very supportive before and after a medical procedure. Wonderful emotional support during a scary experience.

I went to this facility on 1/13/2020 and it was about the worse experience I have ever had while trying to get some medical testing done. They were under staff, under educated, impolite kind of people I have ever came across in the medical field. I have a lot of pre-existing conditions and I have came across a lot of this behavior in the medical field but what I went through on that day, took the cake and that is defiantly saying something. That is why I am writing this review because I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through on that day. I have severe asthma and I was going in for a nuclear test for my heart. When I arrived and went back into the testing area with my husband, I was told that if I was actively wheezing from my asthma, that I would have to reschedule only on a Wednesday because that was the only day that they would have the staff there to give me any medicine. I was like are you serious?? Why was I not told this when I was setting my appointment through Central Scheduling?? Their response was that someone should of told me and that they were sorry. While sorry just doesn't cut it but to my relief, and me taking my meds for my severe asthma, I was not actively wheezing that morning thanks goodness. So we move on from that to no one in their whole department that can put in an iv in me. Now granted, being the redhead that I am, it is hard to start an IV or draw blood from me. So wherever I go, I am always polite as i can be and I tell whoever is trying to do this to me is that i'm a hard stick and that you need either a doppler or an ultra sound to find my veins so I don't get stuck several times and end up looking like pin cushion. They didn't have any of that equipment nor anyone on their department that could handle a patient like me. AND again, I was like are you serious?? You are a cardiac and vascular floor that has to deal constantly with patients with vein related issues and you don't have any of that equipment or the staff?? So after the second attempt by one of their of their staff members who never got into one of veins, I SPECIFICALLY told that they were not going to try again unless they find someone that was experience enough to handle cases like me and who also knew had to use doppler or ultra sound to find a vein. About 20 minutes later, they finally found a RN from Ohio Health Riverside that was working downstairs in the Westereville campus ER that morning that knew what she was doing and knew how to use a doppler. She hit my vein the first time because she knew what she was doing and words can not express how much i appreciated her and that she was working there in the ER that day and that she wasn't at Ohio Health Riverside that day.
So we move on from that and I get the nuclear medicine introduce to my body. Just out of curiosity, I asked just in case if I have an allergic reaction to this medicine, do you have an antidote to this nuclear medicine because at this stage I have already had enough of their shenanigans. I was told they weren't sure and no one has had an allergic reaction before to this nuclear medicine. I was like, oh my goodness what I have walked into and am I going to survive this whole ordeal?? So I made them show me that they did have the medicine to counteract the drug that they were about to give me and we moved on from there. Finally got around to scanning my heart before the stress test began, did the stress test, waiting an hour and did the scan of my heart after the stress test and then I was allowed to go home. When I was getting ready to go home, I wasn't giving any instructions to watch out for just in case if I were to feel weird after all these tests and medicine that they gave me. No AFTER Care Summary papers like Ohio Health always gives you when you are seen in their facility for whatever you do there for that day and nothing was put on my mychart either like they normally do, as well. The test results and what tests I did that day only showed up on my mychart two days after. So i would suggest you go somewhere else y'all
