Patient Reviews

Patient

Excessive wait times. Dirty facility with peeling wallpaper and stains on the floor. Extremely rude and uncaring staff who insinuated that my wife "wasnt sick enough" to get in quickly. So people arriving long after us were being seen before us even though we had a scheduled appointment. I guess losing an unexplained 30lbs in a month isn't sick enough to get prompt care here.

Woow I didn't even realise this bad place had this many BAD reviews until I fall into their trap. We had an appointment at 1230. We checked in and were told to wait in the waiting room. 2pm and still waiting, mum was told not to eat anything 8 hrs prior to appointment which means last time she ate was last night before she went to bed. I came to front Dest to ask what's going on, Ladrie at the front office doesn't know what's going and she says, you either wait till someone gets to you and you reschedule. I asked why it was taking this long and the matter was. The another guy with dreads by the name OGA as he said, intervened with attitude, it's either you and you you get rescheduled because the doctor was suppose to be here a while and he got delayed cuz he's doing procedure. I told him that's understandable, but why can't you come and let us know what's going on? He got super mad and started raising his voice. I told him we gonna have to leave and never came back here ever again. There was another person that was hearing the whole thing and never intervened either.

1:30 appointment. Finally got into an exam room at 2:50. After 3:00 before a doctor could be bothered to show up. It takes a certain amount of disdain for the general public to so blatantly disrespect a person's time. Please keep in mind, people, that you do not have a monopoly on cardiologists, and it would be very easy to go to a different office. Try to remember that next time you grossly overbook your schedule.

Patient

I have been a patient here for over 10 yrs. This is the worst doctors office I've ever been to. I have arrived more then once for an appointment only to find the office is locked up and dark. At least 10 other patients waiting in their cars. It's time to find a new cardiologist!!

Patient

My wife and I have used this office and doctor for about a decade. Over the years, service from the Westerville office has slipped and the place has taken on an overall air of slovenliness. There has been at least three total turnarounds of staff in the last five years. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, cabinet doors are loose from their hinges, drugs are left openly on procedure room tables. One tech doing a leg blood pressure test refused to remove a patient leg brace which would obviously (and did) lead to radically false results on the leg braced side. Another tech last month refused to listen to the same patient with 40 year duration rheumatoid arthritis and right hand carparal tunnel syndrome She shoved an IV for a nuclear stress test into one of the veins in the inflamed wrist and passing through the bottleneck AT the right hand carparal tunnel, despite being shown that a readily accessible vein was on the inside of the left elbow which wouldn't interfere with the elbow joint. For days after the patient could no longer make a fist with the right hand. I regret having to write this, but these things did happen all within the last four months, Jan--April 2019. We don't fire doctors without genuine reasons, but we are about 2 visits away of firing this one if we continue to be treated like this.
