About a year ago I was diagnosed with uterine cancer. Because my then PCP felt very removed I looked for a new one closer to home. Dr El-Rif is amazing! Her empathy and compassion are so far beyond what I have experienced with any previous doctor. I feel seen and heard by her. So grateful I made the change.
I made my appointment back in June 2025 to see Dr. El-Rif as a new patient. Unfortunately the first available appointment was for August 7, 2025. I received the attached message from the practice on Friday, July 18 notifying me my appointment has been cancelled with no explanation. I am extremely disappointed in the way this was handle and not notifying me earlier so I can start my search all over again trying to find the right doctor for my medical needs.
My doctor of 20 years retired. Finding a new doctor is never easy. My doctor gave me Dr Miriam El Rif's name. She does a meet and greet to get to know her new patients. This helped put my at ease. I am very happy with the choice.
Extremely friendly and respectful. Dr El-Rif is very thorough and quick to respond to messages. I feel very comfortable and heard without feeling like my appointment time is "limited". Great experience all around!
