Was referred to this clinic from the ED to be seen asap & was told they are not booking anymore appointments until the end of the year & to call back next week to see if their January schedule is open. They didn't even offer to take my info to let me know when their schedule opens up. I was just diagnosed with severe asthma & they believed it's an underlying condition. Shame, people give up helping others so easily. I wasn't even referred to a different clinic to try or anything. They left me with no guidance on what to do.
