If possible, I would rate this practice zero stars. My recent experience with the front office staff was deeply disappointing. The individuals responsible for answering phone calls were remarkably unprofessional and discourteous. As someone who has worked in healthcare for nearly ten years, I find this level of conduct both unacceptable and concerning. I was calling on behalf of a mutual patient who also reported similar negative interactions, specifically noting the unwelcoming and unfriendly nature of the staff. Based on just two brief encounters, the impression left was overwhelmingly negative. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative providers, as respectful and compassionate communication should be the standard--not the exception.
