Trinity Medical Center West

I rushed my boyfriend to Trinity ER late in the night for what presented like a heart attack. After waiting to get back to a bed, we had the most amazing doctor. I'm solely writing this review to praise him in hopes he gets to see this somehow. Dr. Kidd. He ordered blood work and a chest X-ray, the blood work showed no signs of a heart attack and the chest X-ray at first glance looked normal! He noticed the smallest abnormality and sent him for a CT where it was determined he has a spontaneous collapsed lung. He ordered him a chest tube right away and walked us through everything, showing us every X-ray, every CT, and explaining every detail. I was so scared and he was the most calm, collected, and kind doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've heard he is fairly new, so I am hoping he is recognized for his dedication and attention to detail. Thank you Dr. Kidd for not just sending him home and going above and beyond in getting my boyfriend the help he needed. You are a blessing.

This is the first time I have ever had to visit another hospital outside my home state, Florida. From the time I walked into the Emergency room they took care of me. I didn't have any wait time, I am sure it was because it was a true emergency. Everyone on duty today was extremely nice and concerned about my situation. I had to have an emergency surgery and let me tell you, the nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr. Reedy and his assistant were all fantastic. Thank you for the care your staff and team provided.

The place is very clean in the new section . The front desk people are excellent to get you where you need to go. I really appreciate the valet parking when you go to the main entrance. The people are helpful with anything that is needed. Testing was fast and the piano playing upstairs was beautiful as it echoed through the floors.

First visit to Trinity West Hospital. I had surgery on Sept 4, 2025. Incredibly impressed with the care and attention from a very friendly and competent staff. Especially RN Brian and nurse Ali.Every person at this hospital was extremely kind and helpful. My surgeon, Dr. Grim, met with us 3 times, gave us all the time we needed and gladly answered all of our questions.The new facility is clean and beautiful as well.

My Mother went to the ER at Trinity West after not feeling well due to stomach issues. It was discovered that her heart rate was in the 30's which required her to have a pacemaker. The ICU staff (3rd floor staff) were exceptional with keeping me informed with everything going on each day and very attentive to my Mother's every need. Dr. Kloo completed the pacemaker operation with great success and confidence which was very reassuring. My Mother was then moved to the in patient section of the hospital (5th floor) and again the staff were wonderful!!! Nurse Eli was fantastic in helping my Mother daily with all of her private and sometimes uncomfortable needs. He was extremely professional and so very caring each day. Also, the 2 Brenda's who were the Social Workers who helped me with the next steps for my Mother's care and were so patient and understanding in helping me move my Mother 2 hours away to where I live to start her rehabilitation. I could not have been more confident and reassured with all of the Trinity West staff and I'll be forever grateful to their attentiveness to my Mother in helping her to get back to her best life possible at 85 years old.
