Trinity Health System (Johnson Rd)

Where should I start? Took my daughter there the other day around 10 pm. and was not told she would not be getting a bed .She sat in the waiting room until 4 am. in misery, TV was so loud and she had headache and was making it worse, called supervisor was told there weren't any beds ,then after I called her out on a patient who was back there said there were all kinda beds, she said well there's not enough staff, So she was caught in a lie, but what really got me is when I told her that the waiting room wasn't a entertainment center and the TV needed turned down caise my daughter was having a headache and been sitting there for hours she said she would have someone turn it down, another lie that never happened. Oh, and another thing, isn't there a hippa law? Doc came out in the waiting room, and the people next to me, i heard every single thing that was wrong with the patient. I went few weeks ago for abdominal pain and constantly peeing ,so they gave me scan and I asked the lady should I take out my belly button ring she said no well you are suppose to , whatever anyway i got diagnosed with chronic bladder issue, so gave me more meds and when I followed up with my doc he went over my scan and said did they tell you you have 2 cysts one on each side and they're pretty big , i was in shock cause they never said a word to me about my ovaries . I don't understand why this place is so unprofessional and we have not many other choices. SOOOOO

Im done going here! I've had several bad experiences in the last year and tried to give them another chance but not anymore. Took my 17 yr old daughter last night for her wrist hurting. Waited about an hr in the waiting area which isn't unusual finally was taken back. Took almost an hr for them to order an xray then never seen anyone else for over an hr. A nurse comes in to tell us they are discharging us and I told her how when you haven't told us anything. Goes to find the dr to explain her wrist isn't broke and we could go home. Another dr comes in exams her wrist tells us the samething but a bone looks weird and we should probably just go see a bone dr and its just a sprain. Also the nurse ask if they did her xray obviously you would think they would of known that if they all were on the same page. If you want good care I dont recommend going here. We will be going elsewhere from here out and have been going here for over 15 yrs. Sad the care has went down hill

The place is always busy but they have very helpful staff to-assist you with your needs . I really like the nurse practitioner for Dr.Smith . She was so very kind and took her time explaining things .

Currently in the hospital right now and all I can say is the staff is fantastic. They have treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion. I haven't had one bad experience with the staff which makes it wonderful! The 5th floor staff is amazing! Thank you all for your hard work

Every hospital in our area is a joke but this one's the worst. If u go to er you'll either be misdiagnosed or leave with no explanation for the reason u came. They do not respect hipaa laws except on paper. Inept,insufficient, unprofessional,inaccurate,ineffective, indifferent....subpar
