Terrible experience. When I checked in I heard him tell the receptionist he would take the established patient and she would have to do my intake loudly. She took me to a room to do my vitals in which I advised I needed a extra large are cuff which they didn't have to I never got a correct reading she was nice tho. While waiting in the room with the door open I saw the doctor walk back and forth then make two phone calls one to see if someone was done at krogers then another 10 min conversation about someone's car and he would be in dayton to switch it out. No patient should have to hear personal calls. Let's me clear my appt was at 5:30 I arrived at 5:15 to do paperwork he didn't come in the room until 5:55 all while still constantly to ask the secretary/nurse to print or do yesterday's billings. Then while in the room with me wanted to debate on how my husband's name was spelled as an emergency contact. I told him about my blood pressure reading being wrong he left out to get the same cuff and then left out again to return it this visit was uncomfortable and very much unprofessional a waste of time and gas. He also needs to update his equipment I DO NOT RECOMMEND i thought I was being pranked I also heard him talking with a lady in the back office about sending a letter to someone's primary physician for canceling an appt on time and no issues I heard the lady clearly say in so many words that it was inappropriate and wasn't necessary but he insisted. 0/10

Dr. Anil H. Jhangiani, MD 627 Edmond Edmond C Moses Blvd. Dayton, Ohio On September 7th I had my regular appointment with Dr. Anil H. Jhangiani. During my checkup he commented on my swollen legs particularly my ankles. He said we can fix that you know! I argued with him that my legs were just fat. He responded no their swollen and he continued to ask questions on how I was doing. I had to admit I was shout of breath and had dizzy spells. He showed me information on an in-office procedure called Venous Ablation. He also gave me a video of the procedure. The goal of the procedure is to improve the blood circulation to the heart. He scheduled an ultrasound evauation for the following week and a very professional young lady, Mandy, ran ultrasound imaging on both my legs. Of course the Doctor is the one to evaluate the results but she did comment, after I mentioned getting faint and dizzy after standing for a while, she said she was not surprised. So October was a busy month for me as after his evaluation of the ultrasounds, Dr. Jhangiani scheduled me for 4 Venous Ablations. Because I had watched the video of the procedure before hand I was prepared for the evens but when it came time for the 2nd one a visiting nurse asked if she could watch and learn. I had no objection to that and I found it to be the most interesting of the 4 procedures. As the doctor was explaining to her each move and the reason for what he was doing. As my son said "Cool ma." His staff is fantastic, very friendly. Nicole, the assistant who helped me on and off the table during the procedures also did the bandaging and helped me get my sock and slacks back on. Was strang for this 84 year old lady to have someone dress you but she was a very helpful and a patient young lady. Today was my follow-up with Dr. Jhangiani. He spent a lot of time going over how I was feeling, what improvements I was experiencing and re-evaluating my prescriptions. I had to admit he was right about my legs and especially my ankles, they are looking so much better now. They were swollen not just fat as I had insisted. My feet were swollen too, I've had a pair of shoes I couldn't wear because they were too tight. Im wearing them now. When standing up I use to get dizzy and would wait a bit before trying to take a step for fear of loosing my balance. Also when I would wake up in the morning I use to setup on the edge of the bed for a few seconds, look out the window and wait for the trees to stop moving. That dizzy feeling has stopped, it was a interesting perception but glad it's gone. May be too soon to say but I believe I have more energy. Bonus I've dropped a few pounds, hope that continues tell I reach my goal. So glad for his persistence in explaining this procedure and what it could do for me. He was insistent and wouldn't allow me to accept that I was just tired because I'm fat. Great to have a doctor take extra time to explain everything and encourage you to ask more questions.

The Docter and the staff take their time with each patient. A major plus in my book they don't push medicine unless absolutely necessary. In fact I had unnecessary medicine taken away
