Patient
Terrible experience. When I checked in I heard him tell the receptionist he would take the established patient and she would have to do my intake loudly. She took me to a room to do my vitals in which I advised I needed a extra large are cuff which they didn't have to I never got a correct reading she was nice tho. While waiting in the room with the door open I saw the doctor walk back and forth then make two phone calls one to see if someone was done at krogers then another 10 min conversation about someone's car and he would be in dayton to switch it out. No patient should have to hear personal calls. Let's me clear my appt was at 5:30 I arrived at 5:15 to do paperwork he didn't come in the room until 5:55 all while still constantly to ask the secretary/nurse to print or do yesterday's billings. Then while in the room with me wanted to debate on how my husband's name was spelled as an emergency contact. I told him about my blood pressure reading being wrong he left out to get the same cuff and then left out again to return it this visit was uncomfortable and very much unprofessional a waste of time and gas. He also needs to update his equipment I DO NOT RECOMMEND i thought I was being pranked I also heard him talking with a lady in the back office about sending a letter to someone's primary physician for canceling an appt on time and no issues I heard the lady clearly say in so many words that it was inappropriate and wasn't necessary but he insisted. 0/10
