We tried to go here and they dropped us twice due to doctor/np turn over - both 'moved on' to other practices/places. Ok, we found another doctor. When we went to request records, the staff was completely rude. Not only did they continue to change their story on us of when the records would be released- they also had the audacity to hang up on me twice. And threatened to pretty much not release them at all. The first time I was calm with the lady and she hung up on me- when I called back "Carol" answered; who ever she is - I asked to speak to the manager and she screamed at me and said to not call back. If this is how a doctors office is ran- patients BEWARE! I am beyond thankful we have switched doctors and can now see why other doctors have left. I have never been treated with such dis-respect and dis-regard.

If you question the staff in anyway, you will get pegged as a "rude". The staff can get defensive, rude, and short with you, but the moment you get defensive back with them - they take it to the next level. The whole front office will hang-up on you and become extremely unprofessional. You will be told misinformation and they will attempt to create repercussions for your only-matched rudeness. I cannot speak on behalf of the MD, but the staff makes this place not worth your time. There are better options.

Dr. Zochowski is the best. My husband and I both have been seeing him for many years. He is very knowledgeable and caring about his patients. He goes that extra mile to help anyone. He is the best. Zella Smith

The doctor is really nice. The staff is horrible. Been trying to get in for weeks now. They hung up on me in the middle of conversation and then would not pick back up. Going to a different doctor.

The Dr has taken great care of my wife and I , for years.
