I have good experiences here all the time. The front desk staff is always kind to me. Nurse for all my doctors are very nice. I like all my doctors- they all care and help me to figure out how to fix my problems. It's very close to me and it's convenient to see my doctors and get my prescriptions all in one place !
On the flip side, many patients appreciate the convenience of having multiple specialties under one roof--from physical therapy to lab services and colon cancer screenings. Hours vary by department, so it's smart to check ahead before you go The MetroHea.... Bottom line: If you're coming for scheduled care or lab work, you'll likely get efficient, respectful service. But if you're hitting the ER, brace for variability--some staff shine, others need retraining. MetroHealth Parma isn't perfect, but when it's good, it's really good. Seems chill.
This location is unprofessional, unorganized, terrible communication, rude, and disgustingly ran. The lady in the front did not properly check us in. Which left us sitting an 1.5 hr pass the appt after being told to arrive 15 min prior to appt I was here 30 min prior. The nurse name Karla is disgusting and has a terrible attitude while working in a field you know damn well comes with compassion. She must of been upset she was not working her normal area. I would never want to come back to this location I would rather wait months out for another location. I asked to speak to a supervisor no one knew who I can speak to so they say. Yall need to get it together our insurance and copayment pay yall damn bills
I was seen in the General Surgery with Dr R. Dykes, she is great, caring, very kind and explain everything carefully, as well as her assistant. I like this MetroHealth Parma, good staff and doctors.
I always pick this location to have my Dr. appointments when I can. Been here quite a bit now and I've never had a problem. Also been to the ER here a few times, for both me and my gf. Never had to wait long but it was also late every time.
