Metro, overall, is one of the WORST hospital systems that Ohio has to offer. NOT recommended if you need help or want to live! The majority of my experiences have been one provider telling me they have no idea what's wrong with me and pushing me off to the next provider who repeats the cycle. And don't hold your breath when seeking MH services from them...I called them several times, desperately seeking help and they made me wait 3 months to talk to a therapist...then cancelled my apt without telling me and moving me back 4 more months!! There is ZERO sense of urgency with Metro. I STRONGLY recommend Southwest General Hospital if you have ANY medical concerns!

I love my doctor, she is really caring and nice and do whatever it takes to make sure that your health is number one. The communication with her is amazing, she even responds on Sunday for any questions your are having or for test results.
