If I could give a zero-star review I would. My dad wanted a second opinion and we were referred to Dr William. She ordered a barrage of testing, including a right heart cath, and was at Hillcrest for 5 days, none of this helped him, if anything laying in a hospital bed for 5 days straight just made him sicker. She referred him for a new pacemaker, which didn't help, and downtown for a valve repair, which included more testing, which didn't happen, after months of trying to see if he qualified for a new valve through a trial. Nothing she did improved his quality of life. She was not supportive or helpful and in the end, she just wanted to refer my dad to hospice before he was ready. The worst thing is she gave us false hope and then cut off all communication with our family and would not return our calls. Bottom line, I would not recommend this DR. My dad has passed now. Thanks for putting my dad and his family through unnecessary misery that did not improve his quality of life, but did produce lots of revenue for the clinic.
