Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest North Campus

Felt so unwelcome at the breastfeeding support group. I was 3 weeks postpartum with my first kid. Was judged for used the "wrong pump" I only had at the time was a portable one.. Went once never coming back.i pumped beforehand and gave it to my son during it because he wouldn't latch. The lady who was running it said that since no one knows how much he got like that it's not a good form of breastfeeding. Worst part is she was the lactation consultant that was coming in my hospital room manhandling my newborn. Never coming back and if you love your kids don't go to the lactation group it's full of judgement and hatred.

We came for our kids' COVID vaccines. The nurses were amazing and patient. One even offered my husband his booster as a walk-in so he didn't have to drive to Independence!

Had a hard time finding the place. My Chart pit me across the street from Hill rest Hospital, behind the building. Nothing there, called Hillcrest, they said front of building one. Went there, they sent me to the end of building two, and across the road. Finally, after arriving at 11:30 for my 11:50 appointment, I found the correct place at 11:55. Injection was fine, people were great, directions terrible.

The Cleveland Clinic is the worst, most unprofessional organization from doctors to its staff. I'm happy to be leading the charge to have some serious oversight and regulation pertaining to patient rights.

Best parking experience I've had in a Cleveland Clinic location. This is a large, but manageable hospital that is clean and organized.
