Brian D. Hoffman, MD

Dr. Hoffman is the absolute best. He's been my doctor since I was a little girl. He listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. He runs extra test if needed to dig deeper into a problem to see the whole scope, and if needed he always refers to a specialist to make sure every box is checked. I know I can rely on Dr. Hoffman for all my medical needs and he advocates for you. He's been my primary doctor my whole life so far, and I trust him and appreciate him. He is kind and his team is the best. They are organized and also very responsive through MyChart as well.

Dr. Hoffman has been my primary care physician for 25 years or longer. He's professional, very knowledgeable and has excellent people skills. A couple of years ago he detected signs of serious coronary conditions, and referred me to an excellent cardiologist for stents. He has been a valuable advisor and advocate for my health and I trust his judgment. In addition, he's a nice guy that I enjoy talking with.

Was great when I had an autoimmune issue that was very rare, but had suspicions early on that led to quick diagnosis via specialist.

I've had Dr. Hoffman as my PCP for 15 years and couldn't be happier. He is relatable, invested and follows-up. He explains things, listens and is thorough. The staff and office are excellent, considerate and helpful. Highest recommendation!

I have been going to Dr Hoffman for a long time with some difficult things wrong. He is a great doctor and taken very good care of me and gotten me to some great Tri Health specialists. When I went to the hospital with a stroke his office was calling me while I was still in the ER wanting to know what was wrong, because my labs was also sent to his office. Now that's a great doctor!
