Mercy Health - St. Rita's Cardiology

I am so impressed with the compassion and professionalism of my St Rita's Cardiology team. I came to Ohio expecting more of the same run around I had been receiving. Watching my health deteriorate while telling me I wasn't sick enough to treat. From my trip to the ER almost 1 month ago to tomorrow's appointment with surgical team, this team has been supportively active in improving my chances at living for 20+ more years. They have listened and answered my questions. They have been pro active in getting this done now and not waiting for a stroke or heart attack to occur. I would recommend St Rita's Cardiology to anyone with the confidence that they will be in the best hands possible.

They were ready for me. Didn't have to wait long maybe 8 min. Staff was all nice & considerate of me & my husband. Doctor Melhem was very informative & understanding. I appreciate not waiting for ever . Thank you

Very caring staff and medical personnel. My questions were answered in layman's terms. The doctor spent 30 minutes with us and ordered the appropriate tests. They eased my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable.

As usual, a great experience w/ Dr Bacci and staff. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, and made me glad I was there.

The nurses were friendly and efficient, the doctors gave full explanations of the procedures. Everything went great!
