David Heidrich, DO

Dr. Heidrich is very easy to talk to. He listens carefully and explains everything very well. So glad I found him, and I highly recommend.

From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Heidrich, an all around great experience! Definitely reccommend Dr. Heidrich if you are someone seeking a new physician - he is attentive and listens to you.

With a long list of chronic illnesses and frequent issues, it's nice to have someone who finally takes the time to listen and help. Dr. Heidrich has been absolutely life saving in my medical journey and I will forever be grateful for him! I also love that he takes the time to stay up to date on new studies and literature rather than going by old school, and often outdated and inaccurate, information. The office staff is always helpful and accommodating despite how busy they always are.

Dr. Heidrich has been a great doctor for me since switching to him about a year and a half ago. He's very responsive with messages, very easy to talk to, and has been very thoughtful when addressing any issues I've had.

If I could zero stars I would. Office manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Some staff are nice but some of them girls just talk crazy to you. Now, when someone talks crazy to me I straight up address it. I told the lady she didn't have to have an attitude. Instead of practicing customer service and apologizing for her tone she became super argumentative with me. I told her I was going to file an OCR complaint against the facility she laughed and told me to go ahead... once I filed the complaint. I came in and talked to my doctor, DR. heideich. He immediately insisted that I was a liar and defended his staff. I truly believe it's retaliation for me filing an OCR complaint. He didn't seem interested in my side of the story and discharged me as a patient. Which in essence is probably a good thing considering they don't care about thier patients care.
