I had an appointment yesterday. Someone called me from here to tell me if i wanted to come in early i could and i said no because im at work and after that she had a bit on an attitude and said well we have to be here 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Then i showed up to the appointment registered and then they called me quickly it was just for a few minutes, the nurse was nice. Everything was quick that i forgot to ask for a DR note for work. Today i call to try and get my dr not for work and everyone that picked up that i told what i need it was rude and was transferring me everywhere or hung up on me. everyone said i had to get it from the person i had talked to and said they don't do that so i have no idea who's job it is. Now i have to go after work and talk to someone in person because they can't make a simple dr note and for me just to pick it up, but noooooo they have to do it complicated. Im going just because is for work otherwise i wouldn't even bother. I only came here because my dr refered me here and i like her she works for mountcarmel if not i wouldn't even bother going here.
