Both Lauren's in the heart failure clinic ROCK but my favorite one is the real tall one. She has been there for me since day one and I wouldn't trade her for anything. I wish there were more caring medical personnel like her around!!! She's definitely a jewel, don't lose her or let her go!!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Dr Lauren Gravelin was my cardiogist when was admitted in the hospital due to a heart attack; she now calls a cardiac event. I felt terrible after leaving hospital and very low energy. She has NEVER offer everything to research or help in any way other then say I needed a water pill. I went to cardiac rehab and my blood pressure plummeted as well as my heart rate; This is WHY I have been feeling so badly and the water pill only made things worse! I have been in emergency room where doctors are asking if my cardio doc has tried this or that..NOTHING! Then she tells her nurse IF I need to come in to see her assistant or a nurse practitioner as IF she has much better things to do! I am looking for a different cardiologist that actually practices medicine; if anything happens before hand I blame this doctor and this practice for allowing her to do these types of things. NOTHING for someone that data has been documented something is wrong.
Please do not use these doctors. My doctor refused to complete my short term paper work that would cover my time off with my heart condition with FMLA. This is not the kind of care you or myself needs at your time of need. So now if i have an attack i have to stay at work. There are other cardiologist with in the city. These folks have never been ANYTHING but nice to me. Very considerate of my time as I am of theirs. Been going to them for at least 10 years now (I think... I'm getting old you know). They did a heart ablation on me and have been seeing Dr. Bichsel annually ever since.
