Mercy Health - The Heart Institute, Fairfield

I've been a patient at Mercy Health for years, and I've always been impressed by the compassionate and patient-centered care I've received. Recently, when I received a total right knee replacement, I was reminded of how truly exceptional the people who work here are. From the front desk staff to the specialists, everyone was not only professional but also went above and beyond to be supportive and kind. The attention to detail and personalized approach they take really sets them apart. Because of their knowledge and care, I can make so many more wonderful memories with my family. Thank you, Mercy Health, for your unwavering commitment to your patients.

Took my mother there. There were great kind welcoming nurses, but a couple were extremely rude raising their voice or treating us poorly. If there is a next time, I will give it a 2nd thought before coming here. They charge us and our insurance hundreds of dollars, yet dare to be very ignorant, rude and have attitude. So disappointing.

Dr. Wagoner is amazing. She took somebody with a disease that has no cure and brought hope. She is improved my heart health greatly.

I recommend the Heart Institute at Fairfield Mercy Hospital because they take the time to listen to me, explain my needs, and answer my questions. The treatment is excellent, with empathy and compassion. They're an excellent group for my family health.
